Inside, Within
beyond our ties
Within these bright
but swarthy eyes
Lies a storming,
burning blade
(diamonds fall
in damp cascade)
Wrench and tangle:
the blade's complete
Burnt and iced
like a winters heat
Wrenching like
a tempests rage
My eyes: compelled
to disengage
Then thoughts face you
as they once detained
Your heart dilutes
this echoed pain
Your heart replaced
this blade within
This tempest of love
Inside, Within
Into these windows
your eyes now gaze
Flamed and cleared
my winter haze
Bound together:
Our hearts, Our souls
Portrayed as one
Complete and Whole
