|
the black veil all around me
blocks me from the truth
it lingers beyond the dark
i can sense it,feel it,touch it,hear it
all but one i want to see it
just to capure its beauty
blinded by the dark
one less sense to live with
lies have damned me
sinners pity me
for iam a sinner beyond sinners
i have pitied the fool who pitied me
iam blind,soaked up in my own selfish ways
God shall not set me free
for he does not control me
it is the dark that has engulped me
that shall eat my flesh
and take my soul to rot in hell
with satans servants i shall strive to survive
hid from the truth
blinded by evil

| What prompted me to read this poem was the comment you left for the poem called "Fear" by "GodisGreat3824". That comment really made me question whether or not you are an imbecile. You said something about never having been to church on (sic) your own free will, and that, therefore, you have never needed to. With that kind of logic brewing in your head, it is no surprise that you decided to make up a word like "engulped". I think you meant "engulfed".... but one can never be too sure. Good luck to you... for some reason I am thinking you're going to need it. |
