Topic:
war
|
We shed so much blood for oil
When we have our own battles on our soil
If we don't support the war we are consider not loyal
All you do is deploy more and more troops
You don’t care if you destroy families
You say fly our flags with pride
Yet more troops come home in body bags

powerful write. i feel that this is one of the better war poetry posts. some times, things have to be done in vain, for something to be useful. |

I could not decide whether i like this poem or not. My husband is fighting the war and I do not support it. I do fly my flag with pride but I do not agree with what we are doing |
