Waiting for the end of the day
Wonder when my scars will fade
Weeping as the time blows by
Try to ignore the flames in the sky
Waiting for the setting sun
Breathe in rain where the river runs
Clinging to the last bleeding ray
Hope the night will chase life away
Waiting for shadow to come
Close my eyes; my mind falls undone
Lamenting struggles fought in vain
Sleep, my last breath is sane.
