flowers shiver at the icy cold words that fall out your mouth,
sending summer strait to winters crisp freeze,
your steps left behind retain the shadow it creates,
and spread its darkness to all those living around it,
your hair is what painted the sky its shade of black,
and your eyes are what froze each star into place,
that stone cold stare flushed out there warmth,
and gave birth to the nothingness surrounding them,
you do not absorb hopelessness you project it,
and filter it through each sleepy mind forgotten,
adding pages to a horror story that wont end,
yet it finds a way to keep you entangled in the plot,
we all know who you are and where you came from,
yet have no clue why your here and where your going,
you are that unexplained emotion of emptyness,
as hollow as the very minds you come to infect.

This is indeed a very well written poem. Very accurate and truthful. Your words are chosen perfectly. Nicely done. |
