Let the two parties join hands,
Bond their memories
Let’s make new plans,
Instead of rivalries
Let’s rebuild this great nation
Let’s work together,
To eradicate homelessness
Let’s our hearts live forever!

Hopefully, the Tamils will have learned something about integration after the aftermath. I recall the terror of firsthand accounts of their airport attack some years ago, and imagine them all now - forlorn and futile, devastated . . . in this, terrorism solves nothing, being so provincial.
But good luck to Sri Lanka - one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
