Am I empty inside?
cause that's the way I feel,
with feelings that hurt,
feelings so real.

Am I alone in the world?
That's what seems true.
Only if you could feel this,
only if you knew.

Am I hated?
Seems that way,
at least that's what I see,
from people every day.

Am I even alive?
I feel so dead.
What people say gets to me,
fills me with dread.

Am I deserving to be here?
Acutely, yes, I believe I deserve,
to be alive, I'm not the one making fun.
The things you say, how do you have the nerve.
