I tried so hard but now you're gone.
I tried so hard, farewell so long.
I tried my best in pleasing you.
I tried my best not to lose you.
Once again I waste my time.
I treid my chances, not worth a dime.
I tried my best to treat you good.
Obviously, not the best I could.
You left me here within the dark.
No light at all, not even a spark.
I tried so hard, now I'm left in the cold.
Our love is gone, warped, and old.
You left me here so lonely and blue.
Now I want to hit you wtih my shoe.
I try to forget my dreams and hopes.
Now I'm alone, trying to cope.
I tried so hard, I gave my all.
Wasted time, wasted calls.
Now I'm here, all alone.
Thinking hopelessly, here at home.
I tried so hard I couldn't think.
Now my life is starting to stink.
I tried so hard with my personal time.
Wasted on you for a pennyless dime.
Now I'm here, perfectly fine.
But minutes ago, could do nothing but cry.
I'm over you and the lies you told.
My thoughts of us are gone, now cold.
I'll not miss you or cry.
I'll not ever again waste my time.
Trying so hard to find true love.
Instead I'll wait,
and quit trying to shove.
I've slain my lonliness and never again,
Will I think of us on that stupid love train.

Ah this is beautiful, i would have to say your talent shines through very nicely through your work..this is a masterpiece. I enjoyed this one alot thanks for sharing this one i look forward to reading more of your poetry..
