Have you seen the aftermath,
Banda Aceh
A wet desert land
Soiled with human mess

Have you seen the people,
Banda Aceh
People with no souls
They linger like a living zombie

Have you seen the houses,
Banda Aceh
There are no houses left
Swept away to faraway ocean

Have you seen the new born babies,
Banda Aceh
There mere a floating corpse
With their umbilical cord intact

Have you seen everything,
Banda Aceh
Not everything
It’s just not everything yet
