Oh! It's you, who was ever so strong
who chose the 'path' of oh, so wrong
eons have passed. Yes, it's been that long
before this epiphany of 'you didn't belong'
So. Now you remember me, your personal piece of dirt
whose heart was trampled way beyond hurt
and how about the family you felt you must desert
so you could chase that object of your flirt
Today you call, pleading, crying, filled with screams
beaten, bruised and bleeding from your travails, so it seems
those ventures through broken promises and eggshell dreams
they're now cold and empty as a winter nights' fading beams
What would you want of me or my life
it wasn't good enough for you as a wife
there's nothing new here to act as some surgeon's knife
that might magically excise your cancer of hate and strife
So, please, hang up the phone. Stop all those tears
surely, you realize those complaints and confessions of fears
fall now on memories sad and sorrow-deafened ears
my caring has been locked in the lonely of these past years
'Bye now. I wish you well.....

I cannot feel pity for any woman or man that will just reject and leave their children. It is bad enough they hurt their spouse, but to do that to children just makes them a monster in my eyes.
