This is me, this is who I am.
I'm more than just a face,
I'm a dancer, I'm a writer, I'm an artist.
I am me and no one else is me.
Nobody else can see the way I see things.
I don't care what you think of me, I am proud of who I am.
I see my prupose and who I want to be.
You cannot cloud my judgements; I am stronger than that.
I will grow and aspire.
I want to live life to the fullest and have no regrets.
This is me, this is who I am.
This is me, and nobody can change me.
I have a voice and you will not squash it.
I am rebellious and loud sometimes.
I am quiet and thoughtful too though.
This is me, this is who I am.
I love to watch the stars at night and dream of my life to be.
I dance all my stress out.
I write all my pain out.
This is me, this is who I am.
I think before I act most of the time, I slip up though.
Sometimes I am harsh and cruel, but it happens to the best of us.
Everyone makes mistakes; I'm only human.
This is me, this is who I am.
This is me and will always be me.
I will not change for some boyfriend, I'm smarter than that.
I will not be pushed around and walked all over.
I stand up for myself, I don't do it right away, but
Give me the chance and I will.
I need time to gather my thoughts and know exactly what I want to say.
This is me, this is who I am.

| it's refreshing to see that even though these are times of struggle for many people, you actually like yourself and you can shine through all the gunk society and life is throwing at you at any given moment... good stuff. |
