Lonely

Topic: SadPoetry

I walked down the street
Saw people looking at me
Realizing I didn't care
Acted like no one was there

I couldn't trust those people
Cause I can't even trust my friends
Wanting to die right there
I was walking there

My best friend betrayed me
My other friends didn't care
Whenever I talked to them
They acted like I wasn't there

Thinking about the times
I was happy don't work
Cause happy memories don't exist
In my life everyhing's black

Without looking were I walked
I walked to your home
When I see you looking at me
I know I have to die soon

Cause if I don't die fast enough
You'll keep looking at me
And i know what will happen than
You'll say please forgive me

I can't forgive you anymore
I've done that many times
It's stupid i didn't know
How all that would end

Walking on this lonely street
No one really here
Everyone looking at me
And I, I don't care

don't look at life like that for every dark cloud there is a silver lining, look beyond that and then you'll see.
i too used to be like you, but i started to believe in myself and i've come a long way.
move on look past your present boundaries a new friend will come your way.
sad poem, but i did enjoy reading it.
chin up and smile for every smile sheds a worry...
keep smilin' luv, sue

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
