I didn't mean it this way

I said
But you didn't believe me

Sorry
I cried
But you wouldn't hear me

Sorry
I screamed
But your mind was closed

Sorry
That you have
To die, to go

I feel lost
So tell me what to do
To make you feel
Like you did before

I feel scared
So tell me what to do
Cause I feel
Apologising isn't enough

I can feel
That you're hurt
But I don't know
What I have to do with it

So tell me
And I will see
If I can help
But please forgive me

I hear you..been there, but never again..It's too humiliating.. ugh!!

Please report poetry and or comments that are in breach of our site rules HERE (Please include poem title or url). Parents also please ensure that you supervise your children well when they are on the internet; regardless of what a site says about being, or being considered, child-safe.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
