What is love,
I truly need to know,
Is it happiness,
Is it companionship,
Is it kindness or an act of caring,
Is it bending over backwards,
Giving everything up,
Doing whatever is necessary,
To make the one you love care,
Is it giving your world,
And turning everything upside down,

What is love,
How do you know it’s there,
Is it a feeling in your heart,
That pumps every time they are near,
Is it the way your body tingles,
With a kiss from one who cares,

What is love,
Do you even know it’s there,
A person can say I love you,
But do they truly care,
Love is a word used by all,
True love is something you can’t over come,
Is love such a hard thing to know,
Is such a bad thing to love,

Hearts break everyday to come,
When someone uses the word love,
I try to think of what love is,
But I don’t know,
Love me to me,
Means you truly care,
Means your willing to sacrifice everything for that one,
It means nights aren’t spent alone,

I am hurting,
I am in true love,
I have done everything I can,
I have sacrifice more than I should,
But my love,
Seems not to matter,
When it is only one person who is truly in love,
I want to spend my life,
My world,
With the one I love,
But I can’t be the only one in love,
I am scared that the one I love,
Does not love me as much as I do them,
What should I do,
What should I say,
I want true love,
Until my dying day.

If this isn't a master peice of writting then i don't know what the hell is, not 2 mention the reality of the longing this quetion presents, my eyes were reading the words but my heart was feeling the
suspence, as though waiting 4 some one 2 finnaly answer that question without rebuttle, what is love?
i wonder if any of us coud realy accept the answer if it wansn't what we wanted 2 hear, u r good . . .
