Has Your Love Died?

Contributed by pixie on Tuesday, 4th January 2005 @ 06:55:26 AM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Can I ask has your love died?
Will you push me down heartaches slide?
Leave me to crumble like a broken wall,
Ignore my voice if you heard my call.

When you look into my eyes,
Do you still float up into the skies?
When you hold me do you still feel?
That you still want to spin my sexual wheel.

I know my love for you can’t die,
But still my heart lets out a sigh,
As I fear the worst that we will end,
Forever into your soul I want to blend.

I often wonder what you see in me,
If I make you feel as you say free,
Of if inside I make you feel already dead,
These are the worries that go round in my head.

Please hold me & never let me go,
Tell me your heart still has its beat & flow,
I would be crushed if you walked away,
From then on I’d never live another day.
