The best friend of my life
True love I have found
Steadily growing with you
And I start looking around.
I find in you the strength of my heart
We will never grow apart.
When I look in your eyes
Thats where I find the stars
Innocent as a child
Yet a part of you thats wild.
Your perfect smile blended with the twinkle in your eye
Is the instant I never want to let by.
Together we are one, we make each other whole
You were the missing piece; my second soul.
Best friends, or lovers, we do not know
Whatever we are, it's our love that we show.

| Were you thinking of someone in particular when you wrote this? It seems like it, but it's as if the words don't go as deep as you mean them too. Great write. Excellent read. |
