Dreams are the means of simple things
simple thoughts that often bring
a sense of sadness,
a sense of madness,
and to come back from this edge
would make it all better
to live today than die away
let yourself go
and drift
away.
I've got a bullet and an idea.
I've got a razor and a vision.
I've got miles and time.
I've got pain and a mission.
But pain never eases the pain,
nothing silences those dogs,
like a bullet to the brain.
Refrain,
from judging this for what it's not
a lot of things, but what it's got
is a theme and a dream
to be more than what it seems
to be is a melody
but what it is
is really
me.
