Am I here?
Wipe off all the make up,
tear off all the scars.
Is there a creature in this nothing?
Is there a soul?
Look deep,
far beyond the tears I cry,
far beyond the hate and lies.
Is there me?
Hope-forsaken,
crippled from love?
Hiding in a corner
with thoughts escaped?
Or am I this?
Iridescent pity,
living from knowledge of anything grander.
Will I rouse readily?
Have I yet to die?
Or have the icy warm fingers of death
taken me,
where I lay cradled eternally?

| good write. for some reason all the questions didnt annoy me because this was written well. usually poetry that only askes question after question bothers me. but i liked this one. =] |

such a great write it leaves me so speechless all i can say is that i love it and its such a great poem i read it many times and found some new consept or point of view every time
