At first it was cold, no sunlight, only moon and shadow, touch of flesh on steel with no smile to light the way.The wars of the tongue were worshipped for their greatness and that was the reasons for empires.
Now it's turned ninety degrees, even though nothing was an axis. Steel turned to skin and now something seems too right to be wrong.
The sun has found a sliver in the clouds and soul has leaked into the monster.Feeling so useless, yet now unaware of crimes of passion.Don't care, let them be or die and be legal.
If the two converge, then let the light shine the shadows to their graves.I'm sweating at the mention of syllables and sleeping away the memories of last winter's freeze. The reasons for the season, indeed.
Your hand feels good on mine.
