I think we've shared some words
that felt so good then
but doesn't seem to apply now
even when you see me and say wow
Its to hard to have these feelings for you
when it never seems to be returned
Please dont let me down with a lie
I dont want another reason to cry
You say you want me
but why do i have feelings that you want another
someone that lets you play with their hair
while you stare deep into their eyes with care
I shower you with my love
I shower you with my concern
but you're hiding from me your wants
that does nothing to me but haunts
It again can be my paranoia
but my judgement always seems to steer me right
maybe it might be all true
but i still want you
If what you're searching for comes true...
you find another there
that shows you care
I will be happy for you
cause I know...

awwww i love this, kinda sad and i think i know where ur coming from and can relate.
"Its to hard to have these feelings for you
when it never seems to be returned" i can really relate to that, theres nothing worse than uncertainty and especially when u sense they love another or go out with another like uve said in ur poem. well done, great write! |
