Earth's adjustment & those slaying moments,
Washed away countless lives within seconds,
Thousands still missing, thousands are dead,
Every habitat is devastated, wherever we tread,
Concerned souls tremble, many hearts weep,
Numerous are still lying, in the ocean deep,
Broken hearts & lost homes, who is to curse?
The ones, who are alive, are suffering worse,
With whom they shared every joy every pain,
Nothing has left today, only the ashes remain,
Humanity demands, lending a helping hand,
To all who are struggling to sustain on their land,
Our sympathy could wipe tears of the affected man,
Quitting New Year celebrations is the least we can.
