Its hard to imagine
That I ever believed in Peter Pan
Especially now
When I need Never Never land
Everything in life
Gets ripped out of our hands
We're here to die
And given life on command
A life to live
Until death asks us to dance
The longer i live
The more it takes away
Family, Freinds, Enemies
Watch thier lives start to fade
When i was young
The wool was pulled over my eyes
Worlds never crumbled
Death came in disquise
Everything starts to grow older
Everything starts to change
So where is Peter Pan?
To save my life and my age?

Hey, i loved this! It was written well and very creative. I loved how you brought in a childhood icon. It sucks that your view on things does change a lot when you get older. |
