you took away my heart
you stole my precious soul
still, will you ask for more?

i came close to you
gave myself to you
still, will you ask for more?

a love for granted
and passion intended
still, will you ask for more?

me you rejected
my dream you infected
still, will you ask for more?

my heart you shattered
my fear i battled
still, will you ask for more?

my pain you increased
you knew, you never ceased
still, will you ask for more?

but now i surrender
my temper is no longer tender
for you, i will ask no more.....

It's sad because we give so much of who we are deep in our hearts and souls to people and they stomp on all that's given but want more....as though they can never be satisfied or happy with what they have...Thanks for sharing this one it's truly sad and heart felt....
