What to do?

Contributed by socialmisfit on Thursday, 30th December 2004 @ 02:42:35 AM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

She is so wondrous
so beautiful
but I can't help myself
i have to ask these question of myself
could I ever love her?
could I grow old with her?
or am I just being stupid again,
another attempt at love pretend

I don't know
if I should just let this go
and forget about the whole thing
or if I should try to find an answer

As I lay here
and think
it's the companionship
it's the time we could spend together
the way she could hold me in her arms
that perfect sparkle in her eyes
her smile that compares to nothing else

is She the one I've waited for.
For I fell for her, and my heart spills.
Everything dark is now away.
The light she brought fulfills.
She makes me, takes me, and brighten's my days
