No more kisses under the mistletoe,
Why oh why did Xmas have to go,
It has left without so much as a word,
It’s left my heart feeling somewhat blurred.
Will I ever taste your sweet lips again?
Will you be here to take away my pain?
Or is that it have I had my fill?
Does my heart now have to pick up the bill?
Cuddles are a distant memory,
Things that you have given to me,
I remember them so well,
But thinking of them feels like hell.
I touch my lips & the pain seers,
In the aftermath of love comes the tears,
Just to think next to me was you,
No you’re not & I’m left with a feeling of blue.
You held my hand it felt so great,
As soon as you leave my heart does break,
I just wish you were here,
Bring back to me some of my life’s cheer.

written with such ache I felt the pain in this
and I can relate to this... to some extent
anyway. I loved how this was written it
touched me. I'm back now so I hope we can
chat again soon.
