Troubles are like waves on the ocean of time
As the tide turns toward us
We are overwhelmed by their persistence
Then sink into the turbulent waters of our despair,
Realities lost;
Slowly our footing is found
We surface for a time to catch breath
Only to be to be returned to the depths by our fears
