The Black Phoenix
I am a phoenix that shall forever rise.
From Death’s ashes I shall be reborn,
To spread my ebon wings and fly,
Once more to meet creations dawn,
Death shall always breathe new life...
New hope into the Black Phoenix
so that I may soar above the clouds once more.

overcoming a bump in the road
often bring great moments of clarity or even power
and sadly, hardens our hearts sometimes |

Awesome poem! Short, but to the point, and very true.
As I've been told, "Even if it hurts, it makes you stronger." I happen to be struggling with the same situation. God Bless.
