Last Good-Bye

Last Good-Bye:

I shiver as a cold breeze hits my face
I look around me, people seems to walk in a slow pace
Suddenly a loud crash makes me feel lonely
I yell, I scream desperately as my shouts echo slowly
It's such a desperation that I'm not being heard
Like a flour that won't bloom or a broken wing of a hopeless bird
People rush pass me and form a circle, around what appears to be an accident
I follow them, as I see my body lying on the floor
My life has now been shut, no longer is it an open door
I get past the crowd of people, easily, for I am now my own spirit
Me, my body is brutally disfigured as if a thousand pounds laid upon it
I bend down, and see my life flash through my eyes
I rase my head towards the skies, hoping that God can hear my cries
"Why?!" I yell
"Why?!" I ask
Why must my life be over, for I've done a good task
Please my lord, please give a hand
Let me live the life I wished to have
Forgive my bad deeds
Give me a chance and I'll help other peoples needs
No, you say?
I guess I understand
For my destiny was written on stone sense the day I took my first breath
And has followed through this terrible death
Now I must leave, though I refuse and insist to stay
These men shall take me away
From this spot in which my body once laid
As I say my final good-bye, tears roll down my cheeks
My last bid is to see all of my loved ones, for this is what angels seek
