Pain

Topic: DarkPoetry

Pain,
Even in it's very name,
you can feel the chills
It hurts,
and yet you can't scream,
It dig's deep and courses through your body,
It runs through your vains,
and drains every bit of happiness out of you.
You can feel it , and you can't control it.....
It takes over you, your very soul.
You lose everything you knew.

How could this happen, how,
more like why, yes why...
When you cry you can feel your heart break
And it feels like its bleeding,
bleeding right through each and every memory.
Each breath filled with sharp daggers,
that rip through your throat.
Each tear blood,
Each scream for help lost in the wind ,
caught in your thraot.

The words for freedom they dance upon your lips...
But this freedom is your prison... this prison is you,
you keep it all inside,
forever, forever until u cant take it,
and it kills you, kills every part of you.
it will suffacte you, it will stab you, and you will never scream,
because you can't......
it burns through your heart.... but you can't

wow.... just wow.... The imagery in that poem is amazing, I wish I could do that. You've brought that writing to life and consistently kept it juicy. It's incredibly well written.
