This world is so dark
I can't see
I can't stand the pain
The world causes
I can't hold on much longer
To the little light it has
How could this happen to us?
I'm sick of the hate
Why do we hate?
It is destroying us.
How could this happen to us?
I thought we cared.
I thought we loved.
Even the power of love can't help us now
As I let go and fall into the darkness
I cry out to the world
"I'm sorry, I couldn't hold on long enough."
