Sometimes this gets me so confused
Having no idea what to choose
Should I wait for you
Or should I just let you loose?
My heart wants to wait
But my head doesn't know if I should stay
Would you break my heart?
Would you tear me apart?
Would you even want me then?
Should I risk it?
Are you really worth it?
These are all answers I can't find
They keep running through my mind
You know I love you
You know I'm yearning for you
Please don't take too long
Because I'm not as strong to care on
You see the more I wait
The more my hope will fade
So come to me as soon as you can
For then I'll be your girl
And you'll be my man

Well penned. Confusion well expressed. Who knows what to do when walking down Love's path. Too many times the road splits up and there are no road signs. I hope you walked the right way.
Take care,
David |
