Return No More

Topic: SadPoetry

I'm no fool
I know that you are leaving
never to return no more
got someone new
and like a secret agent
you are deep undercover
whispering
on the phone to your lover.

I am not mad
I am not cold
but you could have let me know
that you wanted to go,
I am a little sad
I thought love was strong
now when you close the door
I fear
cause no longer am I the one you adore,
I am not mad
what I am I don't know
but you are just wrong
to keep secrets
and lead me on.

I am no fool
I hear you whispering
to your other lover on the telephone
I got a feeling
soon you will be leaving
never to return no more.

we all have reasons, human desire is the fault. this world is not of me and this definition of "love" that all its inhabitants exalt is pathetic. Your work is in essence the truth and something that needs to be heard i am thankful that you didn't eat ***** for some pathetic hope at "love". Never surrender to the weakness that pulls at your soul, you are worth more than lies.

beautifully honest and true.

~when all else fails what keeps me alive is the pulse under my skin, on my beggerance of a wrist. Am i the keeper of life? Living only due to denial. I deny the desire to bleed the pulse to its end. Am i the hero? or is this fate?~weepingprophet
