Dead never to breathe again,
Never have to endure any pain,
The dark journey has long begun,
The battle with death is one I haven’t won.
My eyes closed for the very last time,
Living to long be my only crime,
I should have curled up & died,
The very first time that someone cried.
I hurt people & I don’t mean to,
So inside me the wanting grew,
The wanting to die to end it all,
I finally answered the reapers call.
Now I am gone far away from my life,
I owe my thanks to that of a knife,
Dead, deceased I am finally gone,
I am in the place I truly belong.
Do not mourn or cry for me,
I an dead that means you are free,
No longer can I cause anyone to weep,
Now I have put myself eternally to sleep.

| Pixie, I always enjoy reading your heartfelt poetry and the emotional content is so deep. The images always come to life through your poetic words of art creating a vivid vision within the readers minds eye.
