Crossing my fingers
To hear the bell of hope
Frightening rings the bell
I am to run and hide
To follow the steps of death
To my cradle of pure sin
Behind a door is just darkness
To hear the sounds of the bells
Following me
I can’t run from them any longer
I must give in
I must let them take me
Falling to the ground in fear
Trying to hide my face
Tears leaking out between my fingers
Letting the cold take hostage over my fragile body
I cannot escape this time of death
From my cradle I must fall
Let this once so innocent blood run dry
