Time is passing,
Yes, 'tis fleeting
Since our once so joyous meeting
When Time had stopped
But for a moment's time
And those few seconds were all mine
So now I'm left to ponder lightly
Upon his eyes meeting mine, though slightly
And all was still,
Save us two
And my lips almost said,
"I love you"
But a certain distraction had caused me to hesitate
And so those three
Beautiful
Words have not yet ecaped
Now Time is against me
Wasted Time has haunted my dreams
That one moment of truth
Is now beyond my farthest reach
And so this question, I beseech,
Will it ever be said? Will he ever know?
Why now does Time insist to pass by so slow?
