Good Morning

“Good Morning” - by J. Samuelson Copyright©2001 11/10

Good Morning to a new day
So nice to see your face
As I awaken with you
Arms locked in an embrace.

So warm to lye there with you
Let’s not even leave this bed
We could spend the day together
Just holding on instead.

Whispering our future dreams
So much already planned
Beginning with the first “I do’s
As I accept your hand.

A wife and a new family
You’re all I’ve waited for
Good Morning to another day
I love you even more.

Tomorrow even stronger yet
Next year, still feel the same
We’ll both grow old together
Our love will fan the flame.

I love you and I’ll marry you
Can’t take my smile away
Now that you have answered yes
It’s Good Morning every day.

I’ll take you and I’ll honor you
As long as I shall live
Forever being true to you
Giving all that I can give.

I promise every word is true
My love, I’m here to stay
Want nothing more than life with you
And Good Morning every day.

Good Morning smiles forever
Good Morning love, I’ll say
Good Morning kisses sweetheart
Good Morning perfect day.
