The Pill of Death

Contributed by Mortis-Dark on Wednesday, 22nd December 2004 @ 08:37:13 AM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Swollow this tiny capsule pill.
It will know what makes you ill.
For it is the cause for all thats wrong.
If you know me, I maybe wrong.

For it contains death.
That absence subtance.
The taste will just linger under your tongue.
Let it drug you and drag you away.
To darker days and lonely nights.

The crow takes flight off of the eve.
Never to come and only leave.
Its feathers are pitch as the dusk.
Never knowing the same for us.

For when you swollow this little black bill.
Its time for you to pay that bill.
Some scream in the anme of the father and the son.
But you will never truly see the sun.

For life throws far and fast.
May it be not the last.
We shall see all our wrongs.
For only to what we belong.

Ahh yes, the pill concept. This so reminds me of that one scene from the Matrix. So which colour would you choose ... the little black pill or the little white pill? Strong are the emotions here dark one. Enjoyed the concept.

peace
TS
