And wishes to be anywhere else
She remembers a time before she saw you
And fell in love with you.
She doesn’t know much about you
Except that you like Saosin
And think you’re to cool for Fall Out Boy.
She knows that you can play guitar
Or some instrument because she knows you’re in a band.
She wants to be confident
And not think that every girl you talk to
You want to *****.
She doesn’t want to think of the few words exchanged
Or think of when you saw her almost cry.
She closes her eyes
And wishes she had confidence.
She remembers a time only four months ago
Before she ever saw you.

| i remember a time before I figured out that I liked a GIRL. Ew, now I'm crazy for her. Great poem, I really loved it and I serioulsy have tears in my eyes. |
