For I, the would be king
wage war upon this reign
Lived this life so full of pain
It's from my heart, a dark ring
I have no archers with feathered quills
I have no knights with silvered blades
I am all alone feel the chills
with no armies to make my raid
Alone I fight this noble battle
It's only I, that make this stand
It's my enemy, I must rattle
My heart and mind I must band
To end this hell I live within
to defeat him now I must try
My only fear is where to begin
and this I know I must not lie
I take my sword and run it through
I attack this evil that lives in me
I feel its weight upon my blade
I see His light it set me free
