The rain washed away all the colors
The red from her lips
The blue from her eyes
Her light blonde hair now darkened
Motionless, staked down
Pale, as she was an old photograph
Blown the dust away from her frame
Her voice a sour note
In this beautifull serenade
Stuck out like a sore thumb
In a room so bright
Wakeing every morning to the suns crying night
The glass is half empty this time
Shattered as she dreamed
Never hearing the call
To any of her prayers
Leaving her to be unseen.
