the blade i love
is the blade i hug
when everything comes tumbling down
spiraling down, falling to the ground
like a ton of bricks
the blade i love
is the blade i trust
to keep the secrets of my wounds
the wounds that will not heal
that will not dissapear
for as long as i shall live
the blade i love
is the blade i need
to guide me to my next step
to show me the way
to lighten the path
to eventually lead me out
the blade i love
is the blade that helps
carry away my pain
my thoughts
my life
