I've been there for you forever
catching your tears
cheering you up

you've been hurt so many times before
yet you still manage to find happiness
the happiness i desire
the happiness i envy

He loves you so much
yet you're paranoid
I want to have what you have
but then again i dont want it at all

I don't want your feelings of worry
I don't want your feelings of heartache

you're still young and naiive
but so am i

I want to be you
to feel what it feels like
to open my heart up and have it fully returned

yet, i dont want to be you
because my time will come

and finally i can be myself
and maybe just maybe
you will become the envious one

It's an interesting poem you have written... i think i have felt some of this in one way or another myself.
