We got a call
While in the store
Saying you were in the hospital
I was really scared
Because we did not know
What was wrong with you
Thinking of all the possibilities
Only to find
A blockage
The doctors say your heart is strong
But right now mine seems weak
I am afraid of losing you
Too afraid to speak
I started to cry
Because you might need surgery
And it might not sound that bad
But it is bad to me
I have lost so much
And gained so little
So I wanted you to know
That I really care a lot about you
And hope you will not leave

May this work for your granpa, and keep him safe. I can say, i feel the hurt, I lost my mom almost 2 yrs ago, and my papa is in the nursing home now. Will be sad this christmas with out them. My prayers and thoughts will go out for you and all your family.
