I’m standing on the bridge
Waiting for all who cared for me to come
I waited but they weren’t insight
I continue to stand there
It started to rain heavily
Looking down on those ducks
I see mother ducks looking out for its children
I looked around seeing happy couples running
I got really tired
So I bend down and sat
My arms wrapped around my legs
People seem to have not notice me
I searched for a face
But all I see is kids and their race
They got home wet
And soon got warmed up
I got wet but can’t seem to be warmed
That doesn’t matter though
What matters is obvious
They’re not coming I’ll just sit here
Till they do
But it will be the worse thing
That will happen to me
I don’t need them anymore
All I need is this bridge
Just waiting on it
Slowly makes it a friend of mine
