FARE WELL TO LIFE'S SONG

Contributed by lemmen on Sunday, 19th December 2004 @ 07:42:26 AM in AEST
Topic: poets

My body grows weak with the passage
of time.

The sin within me grows stronger every
Day.

No, pills can touch the sin within me.

I am dying please don't cry for me.

My time here is short may be a month
or two
Let's just live and be happy
With that.

I can write these words to you they
may not be riddles and they may not
Rhyme.

But they speak the truth most of the
Time.

They tell of pain in a losing of a love.

They tell of a love that's here and now.

They tell many things my words they do.

That's why I write them to you at least
you'll have something of me when I'm
Gone

And may you all live life to the fullest
May each day be dear to you

With no further adew.

I
SAY
GOOD BYE
TO ALL OF YOU.

I'll still write don't get me wrong.

I just wanted to say farewell
to life's song.

And to you my friend's at YPDC

Beautifully written, so emotional, and with rythem and flow, you have made magic with these words...tis a pity you wish to end it so,,,,words such as these are mastifully written....and majestically composed.
And will be sorrowfully missed.
