I look at my arm
The one with all the designs on it
And the hand with the knife
Starts to shake
They wanna know why
I choose to do this
And I dont have an answer
Only that it makes
All the pain dissappear
I drop the knife
Knowing its not good
Realizing my friends are right
That I could die
I look at the knife
And pick it back up
And I see the fountain of red
Sometimes there are things
People just dont understand.....

Terrific write, I know how you feel about it. People really don't understand, why people feel the need to cut- and they don't even try to picture themselves in that persons position, sometimes you just need to feel the pain, to get all the other things to just go away-

your right,sometimes friends dont understand what your doing and why your doing this but they probably want to. I think alot of people cut one way or another,just sometimes the scars are invisible and they are the worst kind.

you know the first time i cut my self wa by accident and i liked it so i started to cut some more
i was never sure of how it made me feel
it was just something new that at the time was better than hurt
now i cut alot coz i dont feel it any more and i really need to stop

| yeah..sometimes there are things ppl just don't understand..but posting things like this is a start to showing the world....i think thats why this site is so amazing....we can tell the world and make them understand and support we can't find anywhere can be found right here on a web site.... |
