Looking Back No More

Contributed by witch_derna on Friday, 17th December 2004 @ 04:07:26 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

I use to cry at night
The Big Bad was the cutter within
I've always had a need to see red
Frozen and alone in the darkness
Pain was my only friend
I grew tired of searching for a reason
Even wrote my good-bye note...
To you, my son and my precious daughter
This unsettled and unknown pain
That tears at my inner peace
I tried to hold on to you
But my life was my hell
Till we meet again my babies
Remember these words
One starry night, we'll be united.
But then I developed a friendship
And wondered constantly "Are you but a dream?"
You promised to always hold on to me
Alone no more
You're now my husband
You're under my skin
To Dennis, To My Boo, My Love, My Life
Know this you truly are wanted and loved
You are a very pretty piece of flesh
I said yes before
And would say yes again
I will always be laying beside you
I love you always, Your Wife, Your Fluffy.
