Stretched across the bed
Her long body limply lies,
She holds a gun to her head
And trailing her fingers on it sighs.
Shadows creep out
and from the darkness
The monster shouts.
She follows the voice
It steals away her choice
Because it's really a numb feeling
When the sun shines just for you
and you feel like love again
But then It's gone
And you have negative light
The darkness is so thick
The monsters scream
You MUST obey
Running running
But I will trip you
And laugh at your fall
Because, after all
I'm the one calling you.

::applauds:: i liked the originality. a different spin to the ending. the endings of "it was me" or "that was me" get tiresome, but yours was different enough for me to enjoy it. excellent write. |
