I promise I won't bite
Can't you just try
Look at me once
You will know it's me
I have been waiting on you
It seems like I'm invisible to you
Do I need to yell for you to see that I'm here
I need someone to help me
To love and to protect me
I need you
Without you who am I supposed to run to
Who do I ask if I get lost along the way
Just put out your hand for me to grab
I promise you I will not let go
For I will hold on tight
Grasping your hand
Hoping you will let me stay on
For once let me have your hand to help me out
Please don't be the one to let me go
