The space between You and I

The space where I am standing
is that lifeless void between
your fist and my face.
What I breath
is the diseased infested air
in which you anger
accumulates.
Massive black thunder clouds
(protect yourself, a storm is coming)
that cannot soften the
devistating sound of your voice
as you remind me that
Darkness filled the sky
the day
I
was
"born"

This is very sad spoken but I know where it comes from. Good poem, nonetheless. I know that stuffy feeling of anger accumulated in the air, and it's hard to breathe. Tiffany J. (Red_October) |
